Route information

This unique event returns for its 19th year to treat runners to a fantastic route along the Atlantic Coast in Cornwall. Featuring wild and rugged terrain, the course takes runners up and down steep climbs and descents that test your mind as well as your body.
Each day is unique with its own individual challenges and famous landmarks to add to the experience. Beginning near Padstow and finishing at the iconic setting of Land's End, you can tackle all three days to complete all 3 marathons and run, walk or jog 78.6 miles.
The course follows the South West Coast path, which is marked by the Acorn sign.
You will be issued with course maps and the emphasis is on self-navigation. In most cases, it's as easy as keeping the sea on your right and the land on your left.
