This was a picturesque course, with a challenging stretch of ascent - and it was also a friendly event, and enjoyable for being not too large.. The parking was easy to access and near to the race start, which was helpful, However, two things were disappointing. Race day details were late in being provided, and, perhaps even more frustratingly, on the day there were only 5 toilets for 600+ runners. Given that no race bibs were posted, meaning everyone was told to be at least an hour before the race start, it could easily be assumed that all those entered would use the toilet at least once, as might spectators. Just prior to the race start time, the queues were still enormous and people were concerned - some started using nearby bushes, which is probably not ideal for the estate owners, but also less easy for women to do. All in all, it’s not difficult to do some basic Maths regarding the number of runners and the money each entrant paid, and provide an appropriate number of toilets.

Challenging course - very hilly with uneven tracks for at least half of it. Not for beginners! Parking easy, but don't go if you need the loo - only had 6 toilets and had to delay the start because of the queue for it!

Parking was easy but you seriously need to consider the number of loos. Five was ridiculous given the crowds. Queuing half an hour before the race was not in the plan!

Really enjoyed the race, sadly not enough toilets for the amount of people. The finish everyone was muddle together so I didn't get any of the goodies. Not a big criticism as you were trying to be Covid safe.

Have already emailed but no response so far.Lovely route ,could of done with more toilets .On completion of 10k I noticed some had got bottles of beer to be told they had only ordered 400 but there were over 500 entries. When I said thats not great I was told by a man who was on the event crew maybe I should run faster. Yes if I could I would but me and the others paid the same amount. Clearly this person wasn't a runner as runners respect each other regardless of your pace. He wasn't joking infacy he was quite rude .However I did enjoy my run and the route was lovely

Only 6 toilets. Start was delayed due to lots of competitors queuing. Due to time spent standing in the queue and delayed start became very cold.Wicked hill but lovely down hill section. Difficult running over large sections of ‘rubble’ tracks

My first competitive 5k race and enjoyed the challenging course, even with the very steep hill I still managed a Pb! Volunteers very friendly. Only down side was only 6 toilets, had to wait 30 mins to use the loo! Only just made it to the start line on time!

Generally a well organised event, easy access and free parking. Collecting race numbers was really easy, but having arrived in good time for the start and for personal admin, the start was delayed by ten minutes. The reason being that there were only five potaloo's and a massive queue and this could have been managed much better. (addition of urinals, and generally more loos. The course was pretty good with a challenging hill climb. All in all a decent event just needs more loo's

Really enjoyed this race with all my family the track to the car park was not the best but ample car parking spaces provided. Could of done with more toilet facilities. The course was challenging but good well marshalled great encouragement at the finish nice medal sweets and drink provided at the finish. Will certainly do this again well done all involved.
