Route information
This out and back course starts at the Lancaster & Morecambe AC clubhouse and follows the cycle track, down the River Lune. Please keep to the left of the course to make way for runners coming the other way.

This is a fundraising event for CancerCare; an independent charity supporting people affected by bereavement or cancer in North Lancashire and South Cumbria. The charity provides a range of therapy services to people with a cancer diagnosis, their carers and relatives, and those who are bereaved. More than 90% of the charity's work is funded by people like you who donate, fundraise or give a gift in their Will. The organiser's can't thank you enough for supporting CancerCare by taking part in this event.

Race Number

Manual times will be used for this event. Initial results will be published on our website within 48 hours of the event.
First Aid
A First Aid post will be located near the start/finish area. If you need attention on the course, please speak to the nearest marshal who will notify the medics.
