Route information
This 5k route starts close to race HQ at Bitts Park before circling Carlisle Castle, going back through the park and towards the River Eden. The finish line of the Castle 5k is on the track at Sheepmount Stadium providing a picture perfect finish.

Registration
Runners will need to pick up their race numbers and timing chips from registration before the race between 17:45 and 18:40. Please arrive early enough to account for registration and warm up before the race briefing at 18:45. Registration will be at Race HQ at the Sheepmount Athletics Stadium.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilet and shower facilities in the Sheepmount Athletics Stadium. A bag drop area will be available at Race HQ. Please note that any items are left at their own risk so please only bring essentials.
Headphones
Only bone conducting headphones are permitted for this event following UKA guidelines.
Junior Entry
Junior runners aged 10 and over can participate in this event.
Results
Results will be available live online approximately 20mins after the start at Timing Up North.
