Was a great run. Only thing I’d change is to make it clear where the registration desk is as the park is large so it was not clear where the start was.

Not sure how accurate the half marathon was, my gaming showed 14.20 miles consis with my usual running time. My half marathon time on my gaming was 1 hour 53 mins. Consistent with what I would usually run.

The course was quite challenging but well organised. Marshall’s were brilliant. Just a shame the park itself isn’t very well kept.

Could do with one more water station for 10k runners and above that.

No signs to point to where the race started and took a time to find it. Limited parking, and we thought we’d parked in the correct place, but, we got a parking ticket. The atmosphere and course was great.

Well run event and very much enjoyed it and would certainly come back. Is there chance to increase signage so users of Heaton Park are more aware. Of course they have every right to use park and we all co-exist on the course but some were downright ignorant as they walked down middle of route 3 or 4 across. Some nice friendly signs aimed at general public may just get them to think a bit more.

This is my 3rd Half Marathon in Heaton Park and I absolutely love it. I love running and race like that helps me to run and shout at people to motivate them.
