Both routes take participants on a scenic tour of Higher Combe Forest, following winding trails and tree lined paths. Keep a lookout for local wildlife and follow the banks of Roadford Lake.

Race Packs
Registration takes place at the start line on the grounds of Bicton College. From here all participants must collect their race pack, safety pins will be available to use if needed.
Age Requirements
10k: All entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
Half Marathon: All entrants must be 16 years of age or older to participate
Prizes
All finishers will receive a medal. There will also be podium medals on offer for the top 3 overall finishers in each category. This event is operating on a one prize per person policy.
Aid stations
There will be feed stations and water stations available throughout the course.
Toilets
There will be signs directing you to the toilets at the race HQ.
MP3 players
iPods and MP3 players or any other music devices are not allowed to be used at any time throughout the race.
Volunteers
If you wish to volunteer as a marshal you will receive drinks during the event and a £30 Sportiva event voucher or £20 cash to cover your expenses.
