Route information

Terrain: Tarmac/Lake swim
Elevation: Flat
A flat and smooth course at the stunning Dorney Lake nestled within 450 acres of parkland makes this a perfect site for a personal best.
The swim portion of the event takes place within the lake, and from here triathletes cycle the lake's perimeter along the tarmac. The final stretch, the run, will consist of an out-and-back along the lakeside.
These events are suitable for participants of all abilities but perfect for beginners or those just starting out in this event.

Parking
There will be parking available at the event for entrants.
By Car
Dorney Lake is easily reachable from London. If you are coming along the M4 then take the exit at Junction 7.
There are two Pay & Display carparks available on-site for visitors.
By Public Transport
The closest railway stations are Slough and Windsor & Eton Riverside, both of which are approximately a 20 minute drive away.

Race Numbers
Bib Numbers (and bike stickers/swimming caps where applicable) will only be available for collection at each event, participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.
To be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided, your number should remain visible at all times. A timing chip is attached to the back of the bib and should not be removed.
Participants will also be provided with an ankle tag and neoprene strap which must be returned on completing the event. Swimming caps need not be returned.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 years and older to enter the event.
Bag Drop
There will be a secure area where bags can be left, though it is recommended that you bring as little baggage as possible. Your bag tag is attached to your race number which you can tear off and attach to your bag.
Headphones
The use of earphones and headphones are prohibited at this event.
