Route information
Join RunThrough for the final instalment of the Chase the Sun Series around Drayton Manor this summer.
If you're a returning runner, take the opportunity to push for your PB of the series, or simply just enjoy the beautiful summer sunset as you make your way around the flat and fast grounds of the park.
It will be a lapped course, starting and finishing just outside the theme park, with 5K runners doing 2 laps, and 10K runners doing 4.
There will be course marshals throughout and distances will be clearly marked so you can relax and run your best race yet.

Parking:
There will be parking available at the venue location. A small fee may apply.
Bus:
110 - Catch the Arriva 110 bus from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield or Tamworth. Stopping a short walk away from Drayton Manor Park entrance, exit the bus at ‘The Square’ island in Fazeley.
115 - You can also catch the 115 from Tamworth, Hurley, Dosthill or Kingsbury, alighting at the same stop.
Train:
Our nearest train station is Tamworth (approx. 3 miles away). From there you will need to get a taxi to the venue location.
Event day logistics
19:00: Race begins
21:00: Event ends
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race to allow ample time for the registration process. Further race information will be sent out to those who have entered nearer the time.
Bag Drop:
There will be a secure area where you can leave your baggage. Your baggage tag will be attached to your race number, so simply tear it off and attach to your bag.
Toilets:
There will be portaloos onsite for runners to use.
Refreshments and Aid Stations:
There will be water provided on each lap of the race and at the finish. You will also receive a flapjack and banana upon finishing.
Results:
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

Can I wear headphones for the Drayton Manor 5K & 10K?
Headphones are allowed, however, are not recommended as participants will have to be aware of others using the park.
When will the results be posted for the Drayton Manor 5K & 10K?
Results will be posted immediately after the event on the event website.
Can I change which race I want to run for the Drayton Manor 5K & 10K?
Yes, you can decide whether you want to run 5K or 10K on the day. If you decide you want to run the 10K, just follow signage and keep running.
Where will I be able to find photos from the Drayton Manor 5K & 10K?
