Enjoyed this half, the weather was kind on the day - just thought the support was lacking at the finish. Nice scenery on the way round 

I have ran this half marathon the past 3 years, it is now a staple race in my calendar and I look forward to the race every year! Well organised, such an amazing and challenging course and defiantly gave me the bug for racing. 

weather can be its down fall / good traffic free course as there are road closures in placegood course/down hill finish /good winter time run to start the New year. 

A club organised event that delivers a great atmosphere and raises funds for local charities and good causes

Lovely little town with a senic race. Wasnt a congested start and the snow held off. Will book again for next year.

Great being able to race on closed roads great atmosphere at the start/finish. Well organized and parking near by race HQ. 

Loved this race.Very well organised, may need more parking next year, had to park on side of road. Hats off to organisers who tried to ease this by advertising a car share service, maybe push this more along with other green initiatives.

Excellent course not flat but it does what it says on the tin can't fault the organisation or atmosphere both were brilliant The course was really well marshalled each one with a smile Lots of kids with cow bells over a lot of the hills really encouraging Well worth a visit Superb 

Nice, local race. Great event Village. Undulating course. Love the 'medal' - different!More parking would be an added bonus. Goodie bag at the end very good but would prefer something more run friendly like a snood/buff as opposed to a race bag or t shirt that would never be used.
