This fast, downhill course is perfect for participants of all levels of experience. With participants offered the chance to fly past beautiful woodland scenery, they will glide alongside Lakes and Creeks before finishing at the R E A Canyon.
The first course starts at Hesperus Church as participants run past Lake Nighthorse on their way to Ska Brewing, there are 1400 feet of elevation loss from start to finish too.
Those in the second course will participate in a fun out-and-back course that takes them on the Animas River on La Posta Road, the course is mostly flat and finishes at Ska Brewing, offering a well-deserved treat for all participants.

There are aid stations on the course approximately every two miles which contain Poweraid, First Aid, and volunteers.

There will be toilets available at Ska Brewing, at the start line, and on the course near miles 5 and 9.
Brewfest
There will be a Brewfest with unlimited samples from over 35 breweries at Buckley Park from 1 pm - 5 pm.
