Did the race in 2019
I love it and the organisation are very helpful and cheerful and local people are amazing along the route and drink and sponge station every 3 miles to cool down and drink some and some jelly babies by local children and superb marshalling and the weather were cool but breezy to blustery winds and beautiful country road undulating route and got PB lifetime best hurray and would do it again

Did the race in 2019
The final four miles (ish) of dual carriageway made the end of a tough race even harder as it became really boring. However the support around the course was amazing and the plentiful water stations with hoses, water and sponges were really welcome. It was well marshalled and a very friendly race. I run on hills and love them so I find running on the flat is not only much less interesting but also harder on the legs and they were rather stiff the day after.

A really nice course, the organisers do an amazing job and all the Marshall and volunteers at the aid stations are really nice and the support from them and the local residents is incredible.

Very well organised race, 14:00 start is still off putting, if it was in the morning would be a better race
