Terrain: A gently undulating route, with mixed terrain.
There will be a range of technical trails to navigate, where you will have the opportunity to practice some technique throughout the run.
Trail running is less about pace and more about PEACE, as you take in the beautiful trails. This run is aimed at those new to trails, but experienced runners are welcome to come and join and enjoy a fantastic route, showing how great the trail running community is.
