Route information
This out and back race takes runners on a journey along the Longdendale Trail. This disused railway provides runners with good terrain, creating a great opportunity to push for a personal best time. When you finally reach the end of the trail near the Woodhead Tunnel, you will turn back and return along the same pathway towards the finishing line. The course will have distance markers every mile and there will be a water station around halfway and one at the finish.
