Did the race in 2022
I love these trail events and the location is incredible. Various challenges and varying routes. I have competed in 2x 10K’s and a Half Marathon all of which different routes. Terrain is variable, keeps you thinking and engaged rather than standard tarmac, continuous strenuous hills to sort you out, narrower muddy footpaths and obviously the famous wall! Easy parking, loads of warm up spaces and easy check in process with cafe available. I absolutely love these events! If I had one criticism(which isn’t one really) is locations for spectators, or ease of access for spectators around the course. Obviously it’s in the forestry but maybe something to develop? Anyway thank you again for putting on a class event. Best performance I did to date yesterday.👌
