Test your mettle with this challenging trail route set in spectacular Welsh forestland. Aimed at more adventurous athletes, 704m of elevation and highly regarded marshalling are topped off with expansive views right around this beautiful location.

Minimum age on the day is 17 for the Half Marathon Rules.

Littering within NRW land will lead to immediate disqualification if you can carry it when its full you can carry it when its empty!

Fuel Stations at the Hoka One One Winter Trail Half Marathon. You are not required to carry your own fuel for the event, but we recommend that runners ensure that they are happy with their own personal fuel requirements prior to the race.There will be three feed/fuel stations available on race day. Nutrition and hydration needs and requirements will be provided courtesy of GU Nutrition, where you will have the option of gels, wafers, electrolyte drink, sweets and bananas.… read more

Event Schedule:

  • 9:00am – Event checking
  • 10:40am – Event checking close
  • 10:50am – Race briefing
  • 11:00am – Start of the 2019 HOKA One One Winter Trail Half Marathon
  • 12:25am – First runners expected
  •  2:00pm – Awards Ceremony for all runners
