The Imerys trail offers a unique running experience. For one day only, the land of Cornwall’s China Clay Industry will be open for you to discover. The Marathon and Half Marathon routes all take in the scenic trail runs of china clay country. The Half Marathon is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series (MTRS).

Route information
We use a number of signs during our events. Arrow markers are on a yellow correx board with a black/red arrow to mark the direction to be taken. We also use striped tape, these are placed after any split to reassure you that you are on the correct trail. We also use them along long stretches where no turn off is required or directional arrows needed.
What's included
A bespoke finishers medal.
• Prizes will be awarded to the top marathon finishers as follows: 1st male (£75) and 1st female (£75).
• Prizes will be awarded to the top half marathon finishers as follows: 1st male (£50) and 1st female (£50) 1st male under 35, 1st male vet 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 1st female under 35, 1st female vet 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65
• Team prizes for first 3 teams of male and female of 4 runners
• Water at the checkpoints and finish line - There will be drinks stations roughly every 3 miles. All of these will provide water.
• Experienced medical cover – Medics (Mobile)
