The Mallard Cake Dash at Westwood Lakes, Boston is a well-loved, inclusive race offering 5K and 10K options on a scenic, flat route perfect for runners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our inclusive events are designed to allow every athlete to be challenged, rewarded and treated like a professional. At our events, regardless of your level, we guarantee that you will be pushed to your limits and feel like you have completed something to be proud of. With that in mind we aim to break down as many barriers as possible so there is no cut-off time and walkers are encouraged.

Participants appreciate the event's seamless organization, clearly marked paths, and exceptional support from friendly staff, creating a comfortable race environment. Alongside a well-stocked aid station, a quality finisher’s medal everyone gets a slice of cakes at the finish line and a drink—adding a sweet touch to a memorable event.

Our events are designed to cater for absolute beginners through to experienced athletes, so whether you walk, jog or run and regardless of your pace you are welcome at a Trident event.
