MARINE MUD RUN SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12 HARMONY FAMILY CENTER MARYVILLE AT MONTVALE

Get ready to tackle the ultimate challenge with our revamped mud-strewn course! Expect the unexpected as we've upped the ante, adding fresh and exhilarating muddy obstacles to our tried-and-true dirty favorites.

This isn't just any run; it's a Marine-inspired trek over 3 miles of rugged off-road terrain, featuring grueling obstacles, demanding hills, and the quintessential mud pits. Make sure to don gear you're willing to sacrifice to the mud gods because this 5K adventure is filled with scenic trails, challenging barriers, and cleansing splashes! Solo warriors and teams alike, brace yourselves for a wild ride followed by a refreshing clean-up courtesy of Melton Hill Lake and the local AMR Fire Department.

Once victoriously muddy and accomplished, all participants will be rewarded with a Commemorative 2023 MudRun T-shirt. Gear up and join the ranks—Ooh-rah!
