This is an undulating course with some decent climbs and speedy descents. It is run entirely on roads, which will be closed to traffic during the race, ensuring the highest standards of safety for runners.
Use of headphones: In line with UKA rules, headphones are not permitted, other than the bone conductor type.
On-Course Support: 4 water stations will be positioned along the route at miles 3, 6, 9 and 12.
