Route information
The Marlow 5 is a fantastic 5 mile race through the town of Marlow in Buckinghamshire. Starting and finishing in leafy Higginson Park on the banks of the River Thames, the fast, flat course is perfect for those looking to take on the distance for the first time or secure a PB.
Starting from the Park, the route takes you out onto the High Street, before turning onto Little Marlow Road. The course follows Dedmere Road and then loops back through the Globe Business Park back towards Higginson Park.
There will be one water station available on the course, and one at the finish line. This course is suitable for those wanting to run with a buggy - you can start at the back of the pack to give time for the route to partially clear.
After the race, there will be stalls in the race village serving refreshments, providing massages and selling merchandise.
