This route snakes in and around the landscape sculpture, The Lady of The North. Running on this unique sculpture will make this a fun, new and memorable running experience for all the family to enjoy.
Thanks to Northumberland Wildlife Trust the paths are well maintained so although it is a trail run the paths are hard packed and easy to run on.

How to get there

Parking is available on site and is free of charge. It is strongly encouraged to car share where possible to ensure enough parking spaces for everyone.
Cramlington railway station is the closest train station to the start location, located at a 28 minute walk away.

10:00 Start of 2k Junior Trail Race
10:55 Event Briefing for 5k Trail Race
11:00 Start of 5k Trail Race
12.30 Run course closes
Registration will be on the morning of the race in cafe at the entrance to the park. You will be supplied with a run number, which must be pinned to the front of your t-shirt. Safety pins will be available.
Please note that run numbers will not be posted out.
It is recommended that runners arrive at least an hour before the start to get parked, warm up and register.

Will I receive anything in the post before the day of the Naughty Northumbrian event?
No you will not receive anything in the post. You must collect your race pack on the day of the event, before the start of your race.
Can I wear headphones during the Naughty Northumbrian race?
No, due to safety reasons, headphones are not permitted to be worn during this event.
Will there be refreshments at the Naughty Northumbrian event?
Water will be provided at the finish for all runners. The onsite cafe will have available a variety of refreshments for purchase.
