All 3 routes will be on quiet country roads through the delightful Northamptonshire Countryside. The routes will take one large loop, starting and finishing at Delapré Abbey. All courses will have some notable hills to ensure to keep you on your toes throughout. This event is perfect for all participants looking to push themselves throughout.

The feed stations will have toilets, savoury snacks, cakes, tea and coffee.

Toilets will be available at the event HQ at Delapré Abbey and the aid stations at Byfield and Silverstone.
There are two cafes on-site: The Common Grounds is open from 09:30 to 15:00 and the Orangery Cafe is open from 09:30 to 17:00.
