A beautiful 60 or 30 mile ride in Norfolk's lovely countryside. Starting from City Hall and taking in the edge of the Broads, touching the coast on the 60, while the 30 mile loops inland reaching bucolic Ranworth, and then a triumphant return to food, drink and a medal at the Finish - Upper Green, Norwich Cathedral.
Please remember, this ride is not a race and should be enjoyable.

*Riders will set off in groups at 30 second intervals.
Age Requirements
- All riders for the 60 mile must be at least 14 years old to take part.
- All riders for the 30 mile must be at least 12 years old to take part.
Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
ALL riders aged 17 years or under MUST have a signed parental consent form. The form is emailed to each rider and posted in rider packs with the Ride Guide
Entry Pack
Your entry pack will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the event. Postage is included in the price.
Team Entry
You can enter both races as a team. All team members will need to input the same team name when signing up.
Kit
- All riders must wear a helmet for the duration of the ride.
- Road bikes are recommended for this event. Hybrid/ mountain bikes with tyres will also but suitable.
