Route information

The 13.1-mile Oldham Halloween Half course is one of the toughest half marathons in the country, with a hilly route attracting running clubs, charities, businesses and locals every year.

The course winds through the surrounding countryside, giving you a glimpse of some of the best scenery Oldham has to offer. You'll begin in Oldham town centre, making your way to Saddleworth and its villages before returning to the town centre. Expect plenty of support from the local community as you run!

Parking

We would kindly ask that participants not to park at Oldham Leisure Centre. We would ask that participants use the parking at Oldham College – which is only a minutes walk from the Leisure Centre. Alternative parking can be found in the town centre car parks. Further details can be found here.
