Route information
This 10-mile multi-terrain route is set in the stunning Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire, within its 500 acres of parkland and mixture of coast and countryside.
The route is a single-lap course which begins at the Caravan Park and heads out into the forest trails of the park.
Runners will have to contend with a mixture of tarmac, gravel, grass, forest trails and a section along the sand of Cefn Sidan Beach, with its beautiful dunes.
