A hard hitting 100 Mile Ultra-Marathon with 5116m (16784 ft) of Ascent fusing together Malham Cove, Malham Tarn, Ings Scar, a wonderful stretch of the Pennine Way and combining with the Yorkshire Three Peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. The 50 Mile Ultra-Marathon fuses together Malham Cove, Ings Scar, Malham Tarn, the Pennine Way and the wonderful Yorkshire Three Peaks, Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

5.30am – 6.00am Essential Race Briefing.

6.00am – Race Start.

    Ordinance Survey: Map OL2
    Waterproof coat,
    Base layer (Separate from Start Kit in a dry bag).
    Water bottle or bladder -min 1 litre capacity,
    Fully charged mobile phone,
    Foil Blanket,
    Survival blanket,
    Emergency Rations.

Do I need to have run an Ultramarathon before entering?

It’s highly recommended to have completed a 50 Mile Race prior to the onset of the 100 Mile Pennine Barrier Ultra.

However, we will consider every applicant, and would ask any runner looking for further advice to please get in touch
