Route information
The Phoenix Minotaur 50 Mile and Centaur 100 Mile Ultra Marathons are back - a 50 and 100-mile 'beast' with a difference! This year they are joined by the Hydra 75 Mile Ultra Marathon.
Whether you're a seasoned ultra runner or a complete first-timer, Phoenix aims to create an awesome running environment which is safe, inclusive, friendly and fun and allows you to achieve things you perhaps never thought possible. They will support you to succeed!
Firstly, you get up to 30 hours to finish the event - that's right from 08:00 on Saturday 22nd June right through to 14:00 on Sunday 23rd June. If you fancy having a go at your very first 50, 75 or 100 miler, or perhaps want to try running at night, then you won't find a longer cut-off time anywhere.
The route is a single 1-mile loop, which they've made as flat as they possibly can. Just to add to the fun, there is a 12/24 hour event and 100-mile event going on at the same time with other runners coming and going to keep you company. When you get to 50 / 75 / 100 miles you'll be a finisher and get the epic Minotaur, Hydra or Centaur medal/buckle!
The event is fully chip-timed so you don't need to worry about keeping track of laps - Phoenix will do all of that for you and can tell you exactly how far you've run each time you pass the awesomely well-stocked aid station.
Places will be strictly limited so don't leave it too late to enter.
The terrain is off-road trail, through the wine estate on a flat 1-mile route. Flat, with slight cambers.

Denbies Estate lies just off the A24 between Dorking and Leatherhead. It is a 33-minute drive from Crawley, and a 25-minute drive from Epsom.

Aid Stations
Stations will have a selection of sweets and crisps along with Freddos. There is a good chance of cake, and if the weather is hot then ice lollies as well. Water, a variety of squash and cola will be also available, with hot drinks available overnight.
Spectator Info
Spectators are more than welcome. The Denbies Wine Estate offers a number of restaurants, outdoors coffee shop, gift and wine shop, farm shop and guided wine tours. There is even a hotel on site for those wishing to stay over but please book early as it always sells out.
