This 10km race takes you from Pontypool out to Mamhillad and back along the scenic Monmouthshire to Brecon canal towpath. A relatively flat route, this run is suitable for a real range of abilities and fitness levels. The Course is a mix of tarmac and stone-dust paths. The route is not closed to traffic so please take care and remain on the pavements.
