The Hamsterley Half Marathon takes place in the Forest Drive and other forestry which is largely flat, the race is a large loop which turns and comes back to the start/finish area at the Nest Car park near the middle of the Hamsterley Forest drive.Chip timing will be used on this accurately measured scenic route .
