Route information

Come and join us for the return of the Tatton 5k & 10k. This undulating, road closed race set at the beautiful Tatton Park in Cheshire is a perfect opportunity to set yourself a personal best over the 5k or 10k distance. The races start, run around the roads inside and finish within the park's grounds. The races are accurately measured and chip timed.

How to get there

Get full directions

By Car

Entrants will need to enter Tatton Park from Ashley Road after turning off Mereside Road. This is not the usual entrance to the park and there will be marshals to direct entrants from 6am.

Tatton park is signposted from the M56 and M6 and the entrance to the park is approximately half a mile from Knutsford Railway station. From here, entrants should follow the postcode WA16 6QQ once they've reached the Knutsford area.

Parking

There will be limited parking space at the event, and entrants are asked to arrive in plenty of time before the event. There will be marshals on hand at the event to direct entrants from 6am.

By Bike

There are cycle racks available at both main entrances to the park. Please do not lock your bike to any of the fences on the course.

BAGGAGE

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

TOILETS

There will be portable toilets in the event village.

REFRESHMENTS

There will be water provided at the halfway point of the 10k, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal. (Please note the 5k won’t pass a water station on the course).

RESULTS

Results will be available here immediately after the race.
