Good event, let down by not having a course map available to see prior to the race. Being told "its on the internet" doesn't help at all.Pre race briefing was a waste of time. The person giving the brief was talking about roads and areas which I didn't know, and I suspect no one from outside of Saltash knew either! It would have been better to highlight these on the map (see above).A few of the marshalls didn't know the course in the start/finish area. Do we go around the field or not? Which way do they finish? All of the marshalls on the course were great, lots of enthusiasm and lots of interaction between runners, very happy with them! Not many people around the course, but it is a bit rural, so not unexpected.

What a great race, really well Marshalled, numerous opportunities to grab water and just an all round well worth event to take part in. For me the return section at about mile 11 was were it got really tough so a slight route change to make it slightly less hilly would be the only suggestion, or I train harder 👍
