Route information

The Sirona 100 will take place on Mother Nature’s rollercoaster – the Wales Coast Path. Setting off from either Barmouth or Dyfi Furnace and finishing in Mwnt, participants will experience some of the best that the Wales Coast Path has to offer.

A challenge not for the faint hearted, participants taking the 100mi distance will face over 15,000 ft of elevation gain whilst those taking on the 100k distance will endure just under 10,000 ft!

The 100mi distance starts in Barmouth whilst the 100k starts in Dyfi Furnace then following the coastal path south down to Mwnt with 50 hour and 30 hour time limits respectively.

By Car

Barmouth sits on the edge of Snowdonia national park and is a 40-minute drive from Porthmadog.

By Train

You can get to Barmouth by train on the Cambrian line with services to Harlech, Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Tywyn, Aberdovey, Machynlleth and Shrewsbury. There are also services from London Euston and Birmingham New Street.
