A lovely smooth course, chuffed to bits with my new 5K PB achieved under excellent running conditions (smooth surface). Issues with my chip time tag resolved speedily. Great atmosphere with like minded people.

Well organised, from the car parking to the medals etc - plenty of space on the track, unlike some events and we were lucky with the weather, despite the almost freezing temperature! The only thing which could probably be improved would be if there was more catering, as the queue in Tyrrells was horrendous, so I didn't bother with an after race hot drink or snack - other than that, a great event, which I have already put on my calendar for next year.

Loved running on a racetrack and its a quick and flat course ideal for pbs. Plenty of room to run but always take the racing line! Minor criticisms are: given that we were at a racetrack, why no chequered flag at the finish and the race just started without anyone appearing to say anything. Could have had some Grand Prix traffic lights! But overall would recommend to all runners. One of my fast 5k times.

Highly recommend this race - nice circuit and a good one to smash your personal best! Nice flat open course
