Hot drinks at the feed station would have been good.

The weather almost ruined the event. I got round and enjoyed the satisfaction of finishing. The organisers did a good job in touch circumstances. My only complaint would be about a couple of missing signs on the course.

Good course with great scenery; often terrible road surfaces though; and poor signage in parts.

Nice course. Would have it scheduled later in the year. Food was average at halfway point and no hot drinks.

bad weather made the event seem quite sparse. signage for turns was accurate but also a little sparse at times if not able to use GPS. Friendly volunteers and a great course

Really enjoyed it despite torrential rain throughout. Mechanics were amazing. However, this ride would NOT suit inexperienced riders. Also we had 2 punctures which added about 35 mins to our time. Arriving back after over 7 hours of cycling ( slow speed of 11. 25 miles per hour) it would have been really nice to have been able to have a nice hot cuppa and some pasta but sadly there was nothing .

Spring Onion first timer and I'll be back next year. Nice event on 'home' roads, really nice challenging course, great organisation and well stocked aide station. Thank you for a memorable day.

Road surfaces in Surrey are not great but the course itself is fun!! There are two big hills and then some other smaller ones which is challenging and did kill me off to be honest. I wouldn’t say this is a cycle for beginners or people who don’t cycle regularly. I cycle a lot, and do hills, but not cycled this far and it was really really hard. We didn’t make it back in time for the hot meal which I thought was a bit bad on the organisers - I think waiting for people to finish is a nice thing to do, but I do understand we were quite slow haha. The mechanics were amazing - so nice and really cheery, we had a few punctures that we needed help with. :)I would reccomend this to cyclists who get out regularly, and want a low cost event to enter that will challenge them. And cyclists who twang to cycle with some other really nice people!!
