Triathlon: 750m swim, 18k cycle, 5k run Duathlon: 3k run, 18k cycles, 5k run Terrain: Lake swim & Road cycle/run
Take in the fantastic scenery of Cromhall Quarry as you take part in this event, with both a sprint triathlon and duathlon on offer.
For the sprint triathlon, participants will indulge in a lake swim where they will tackle 750m of open water before heading to the transition point where they will take on the bike section. The ride will take you around the surrounding area of the quarry. Finally, you can hit the trails and race around the quarry's paths towards the finish line.
For those who don't fancy a cold plunge in the lake swim, take on the duathlon which will consist of a 1k run, a 3-lap cycle and a final 5k run to the finish.
