Did the 10k in 2018

The course is very narrow and there are a lot of fast runners. Make sure you're well positioned on the start line and don't be afraid to use your elbows! Also be aware of the 2 dead turns in the race at about 1.5 and 4.5 miles - you have to stop completely to get around it. The first mile in this race is downhill - so don't be afraid to go a little quicker than you expect!
