Route information
Unfortunately, there will be no 2022 entries for this event. This is due to the cancellation of the 2020 event. If you had an entry for the 2020 race, your entry will have been automatically moved to the 2022 event. Registered participants will be emailed further information regarding the deferral.
The 10k route will start on St Julian's Street, opposite FBM Holidays. This course will take place on open and closed roads on an out-and-back style loop through the town of Tenby. There will be a couple of climbs along the way, with the biggest at the final kilometre, so run the race with that in mind.

All entrants must be aged 15 and over to take part.
Race Pack
Race packs will be sent out to participants in the first week of July. Your race pack will include your running number and timing chip, which will be attached to the bib.
Headphones
For your own safety, you are not permitted to wear headphones/earphones during this race (other than those medically prescribed). Failure to comply with this rule may lead to your disqualification from the event.
Water Stations
There will be water stations situated along the course at approximately 3k, 6k and 8k.
