Route information
Terrain Paths
Take on this seven day challenge, and overcome the 7 Deadly Sins. All runners and walkers have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and start the new year strong. No matter finish time or race length, all runners will receive a bespoke medal for each race they complete.
This course allows marathon runners to 5k runners to experience the beauty of Pengethley Manor. The route will take you around the grounds of the Manor, on paved paths. The Manor's huge grounds and weaving pathways will give runners the motivation they need to shake the off the vices of 2022.
Best of all, you have complete freedom of the distances you run each day. Run a 5k one day, walk a 10k the next. This 7 day challenge and the distances you run each day are up to your digression. However, to be eligible for a medal, you must run a minimum of 5k.
Virtual Racers
If you sign up for the full 7in7, but can't make one day - no fear! You can run your race remotely any day of January. Just ensure that you run a minimum of 5k.
Have the option to race virtually. You can complete these runs virtually anytime in January. The Medal will be posted to you - postal charges apply.

Free parking will be available at Pengethley Manor.
Accommodation
Participants have the option of staying at Pengethley. Options include:
- Camping (pitch only) - £15.00 / night
- Camping (including a solo sized tent) - £30.00 / night
- Converted Horsebox (tv, heating, shower, double bed and two single beds) - £135.00 / night
- Double Bedroom ensuite with coffee & team making facilities - £175.00 / night
- Apartment (two double bedrooms, both en-suite) - £295.00 / night

Age Requirements
This event is open to runners and walkers of all ages but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Race Packs
All race packs will be collected on the day from registration.
Virtual Race Packs
Once you have entered the event, we will email you a personalised virtual Bib as a keepsake.
It may take a day or two to receive the virtual Bib, but it should be with you before the event date starts.
Toilets
Participants will be free to use the toilets that are available at Pengethley Manor.
Food & Drink
There will be various hot food and drink available on site.
Charity Runs
Those running for Charity make the commitment that they will raise at minimum of twice the entry fee value for the charity. In addition the money needs to be raised at least four weeks before the event date. Our nominated charity The PAM Foundation.
Buggies and Dogs
Participants are welcome to bring their furry friends and buggies to run with.
Virtual Race
Virtual Runners can choose their distance, but must run a minimum of 5k. Their medal will be sent in the post. Postal charges will apply.
FAQs
What if I can't make one of the 7 days for the 7 Deadly Sins 7in7?
No worries! You can complete your race virtually anytime in January. Ensure that you submit your distance do the event organiser (preferably through their Strava group).
Can I run with my dog/buggy at the 7 Deadly Sins 7in7?
Absolutely, you can run with your buggies and your furry friends. Everyone is welcome.
Is there Free Parking at the 7 Deadly sins 7in7?
Yes, participants can park for free at Pengethley Manor.
When will I receive my virtual race bib/race pack?
If you are running the race virtually, you should receive an email containing your race bib a day or two after your booking.
