Difficulty
A gently undulating route, with only a few gradual climbs, but some fast, flowing trails to enjoy too.
Pace
We'll be aiming for a sociable pace for all. We will run as a group leaving no one behind, but experience of hills would be beneficial. You are welcome to try and push yourselves to the top of the hills or find that low gear and keep it steady, but we will wait for all at the top of the hills and carry on together.
Allow 2.5 hours for the run itself, as conditions may vary.
