2025 Turkey Trot

Join us for the 50th Annual Turkey Trot at Fairview Park in Decatur, IL, and let's kick off the festivities with a stride! Whether you're a sprinter or a stroller, there's a race for you—choose from a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or the adorable 1/2 mile Turkey Tot Trot for the kiddos. All participants nab some swag, with the tots scoring a T-shirt and prizes and the bigger races boasting computerized results and age group awards. Swing into action and register by November 3 to snag that coveted long-sleeved shirt – because after that, it's no-shirts-ville. If you're a down-to-the-wire type, you can still register online until the day before the race, but early birds get the... well, shirts!

Got your running shoes ready? Great! You'll grab your race packets on November 12 at Fairview Park Pavilion, then on race day, check-in bright and early between 6:30 and 8:15 a.m. The pounding of the pavement begins with the Tot Trot at 8:30 a.m., followed by the main races. And if you're feeling the pinch, don't sweat it—the entry fee won't break the bank, and you can even sign up on race day (cash only, keep that in mind). Let's trot, Fairview style!
