Get ready to lace up your shoes for a fantastic cause! The Cortland YMCA is thrilled to invite you to our inclusive 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk at Yaman Park, ensuring everyone, regardless of ability, can join in the fun. This isn't just a race; it's a community celebration, featuring a resource fair packed with local organizations and crucial health services like the Lourdes Mammography Van, all thanks to our amazing sponsors, including the NY Statewide Senior Action Council.

We've slashed registration fees to welcome more participants, but if your pockets allow, extra donations are immensely appreciated to bolster our four beloved local organizations championing accessibility in Cortland County. Kick off is at 11:00 AM, but come by at 10:00 AM to snag your bib and hat. Remember, no last-minute sign-ups – get registered ahead of time.
