Kick off Miami Marathon Race Week with the Life Time Coral Gables Shakeout Run!

Whether you're preparing for the 2027 Life Time Miami Marathon and Half Marathon, 5K, or simply looking to enjoy an incredible morning with Miami's running community, join us for a fun and social 5K or 10K shakeout fun run.

This event is to help you loosen up before race weekend while connecting with fellow runners, Life Time coaches, and local partners. Following the run, stick around for a post-run celebration featuring sponsor activations, recovery experiences, refreshments, and more.

Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply celebrating race week, everyone is welcome.
