Atomic Kids Fall Triathlons

Get ready to experience the thrill of the Epic Orthodontics Kids Triathlon Racing Series finale! This is where your kids, ages 2-14, become triathlon superstars. They'll swim, bike, and run their way to victory—and a shiny finisher medal—in one of three exciting races.

Choose their challenge: the Long Sprint starts at 8:00 AM with a 100-yard swim, 3-mile bike, and 1-mile run; the Mid Sprint kicks off at 8:45 AM with a 50-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike, and half-mile run; and for the little ones, the Tadpole Sprint at 9:20 AM with a 25-yard swim, .75-mile bike, and half-mile run. Age group awards await for the Long and Mid Sprint participants!

With safety as a priority, the younger athletes can use water wings or training wheels. They're not just racing; they're gaining the confidence to dive into a lifetime of active fun! Join us at the National Fitness Center in Oak Ridge, and let's create unforgettable memories together.
