Be the One Walk

Join us for a heartwarming and poignant journey at our walking event, dedicated to raising awareness and combating the mental health crisis affecting our brave veterans and service members. Every step of our 2.2-mile walk symbolizes support and brings light to the 22 lives lost daily to suicide. Kicking off at 10:00 am after a warm welcome, we'll weave through beautiful pathways, with a shorter 1-mile option available to ensure everyone can participate.

Starting at 9:00 am, you can register, bring last-minute friends, and then fuel up on apples, oranges, granola bars, and much-needed coffee. After the walk, celebrate camaraderie with pizza, cookies, and engaging activities like Tai Chi and Labyrinth Meditation. Don't forget to honor a hero by dedicating a rock to be carried during the walk; it's a powerful tribute with no fee attached.
