Get ready to lace up and dash through the heart of Bowdon at the thrilling Apple Run 5K! Hosted by the Bowdon Kiwanis on April 27, 2024, join us for a chipped timed extravaganza that kicks off with a burst of energy and fun. The race sets off at 8am sharp from the Bowdon Municipal Complex's lower entrance, so set your alarms and get ready to fly!

Secure your spot by April 10th to ensure you snag a race shirt, and pick up your gear the day before between 8am and 4pm. If you're a spontaneous athlete, come early on race day between 07:15-07:45 AM to register. Don't forget to push hard because we've got awards for top performers across the board, plus post-race refreshments to celebrate your achievements at the finish line!
