Dive into the CassadagaMan challenge and push your limits! This is no ordinary race; picture yourself conquering a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run. And if that’s not thrilling enough, for our 5th anniversary, we're introducing an Intermediate distance – half the bike and run, but all of the adrenaline.

Our course is as challenging as they come, reminiscent of Lake Placid, yet with no fear of cut-off times. You’ll find abundant support with our well-stocked aid stations, and once you’ve triumphed, celebrate with a catered meal, cold beer, and live music. Plus, our swag isn’t half bad either! Nestled between Buffalo and Erie, the scenic routes promise to leave you spent but overjoyed.
