Depot Days Rail Run 5K

Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Reverend George Butler at the newly named George Butler Memorial Rail Run in Downtown Newbern! This transformative event encompasses a 5K race, Choctaw Mile, Jr. Choctaw Run, and a hearty Health Walk, all kicking off on a spirited Saturday, September 17th. It's more than just a race - we're running with purpose, supporting the George Butler Memorial Food Pantry and honoring a man who served his community with passion.

Prepare for a fun-filled day with race day registrations from 7:00 to 7:45 AM and the events stretching from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Students and adults alike can join the run or walk, donning the event's commemorative t-shirts – a token of our shared dedication. And remember, signing up by September 9th secures your shirt size!
