Get ready to sprint into the heart of summer with the Flight to the Finish 5K and Kids 100m Dash! Happening on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Zion Park District, this event kicks off our vibrant Zinnia and Monarch Festival...and Bees Too!

The youngest athletes can hit the ground running at 8:30 am with a FREE 100m dash, where the swift top three under tens will snag some shiny ribbons. Then, at 8:45 am, it's your turn! The 5K race promises a brisk, flat, and fast route for both newbies and veteran pavement-pounders.

After the adrenaline rush, join us for the Bubble Bash Celebration, revel in the triumphs with awards for different ages and categories, including those lacing up for their first-ever 5K, and cross your fingers for door prizes.
