Here and Now Project 5K for Today

Get ready to lace up for a cause that matters with the 5K For Today! This hybrid event, hosted by The Here and Now Project, is on its fourth year and welcomes you to either hit the pavement at Rogers High School in Puyallup or participate virtually from anywhere. It's not just a race; it's an empowerment stride for the paralysis community, funding essential outreach and support programs.

Register solo or rally a team, but do it by June 5th to guarantee your stylish event T-shirt and other awesome swag. Feel the camaraderie ahead of race day with our Strava club, and share your journey using #5kForToday. Join us in person on June 25th or virtually until July 2nd.
