John Colter Run

Ready for a challenge that's off the beaten path? Look no further because the John Colter Run is back on September 23, 2023! This isn't your average road race – we're talking a 7-mile trek through the wild trails of Headwaters State Park, complete with mud, water crossings, and a bit of history. As you race across cairns, skulls, and beer bottles, remember to chase down our very own "John Colter" to snag cool prizes, including a special water bottle for the first 50 to beat him! But register quickly, we're capping at 300 runners!

A little heads up: your bib is non-transferrable, and no refunds for no-shows. If nature throws a curveball and we cancel (which is super unlikely), you can opt for a partial refund or help us support the park with your donation. After conquering railroads, rivers and trails, celebrate with us at a lively BBQ bash with music to match! Remember, it's for finishers only, so lace up those trail shoes tight, it's going to be a wild ride!
