Get ready to dive, ride, and stride at the Lake Davidson Sprint Triathlon brought to you by Trane Technologies! This USAT-sanctioned event takes place amid the scenic grounds of Davidson, NC, and it's the perfect challenge for both newbies and seasoned pros. Tackle a 750-meter swim in the temperate waters of Lake Davidson, a 12.7-mile bike ride through picturesque rural roads, and a 5K run with a mix of hills and turns right on the campus of our gracious hosts.
